From my early teens, I discovered and developed a passion for nutrition, fitness and health. As a determined and self testing person, I learnt to focus not only on my physical abilities, but my mental abilities as well.
A positive attitude, emotional control, self discipline and clear cut goals were vital during my fitness journey.
This passion goes further than personal fitness but also one of helping others through the power of exercise. Exercise not only boosts concentration and alertness but can also teach us how to succeed in other areas of life.
It was at this point What The Fit 4 was born.
I have an unwavering passion for fitness and personal training. With years of experience and fitness titles showing my love for health and fitness.
I specialize in body transformations and body conditioning.
I believe in helping my clients not only achieve their ultimate dream body goals but their ultimate body and mind health goals too.
I pride myself in creating a safe space where my clients feel comfortable and confident enough to really give their fitness journey their all.
As well as fostering long standing relationships and educating my clients on health and fitness on their journey to their ultimate physique.
When it comes to our physical state, I believe that there is no one perfect shape or form or diet. As humans one of our greatest attributes is our diversity. My belief is that we are largely the things that we eat, the exercise that we do, and the people with whom we share our lives.
I am extremely form driven due to my vast experience with sports injuries and rehabilitation. Strict form was pivotal in assisting me achieve a gold medal at the World Powerlifting Champions.
I don’t believe that my personal choices are right for everybody and my clients’ lifestyles and beliefs differ from mine; but we do share a general belief that we need to obtain a certain level of fitness and physical wellbeing through exercise and healthy eating.
My clients come to me for advice and training in fitness goals, technique, and diet. I believe that the approach to all these disciplines needs to be tailored to the individual and my approach, one size does not fit all!
Whatever the discipline, the process starts with where you are, where you want to be, and why, and sometimes by when. But for most of my clients, whatever the initial intent, it becomes a way of life, marked with goals and milestones achieved
