As a qualified Personal Trainer with a background in anatomy, physiology, and exercise science, I bring both expertise and passion to my coaching. From my early teens, health and fitness have been at the core of my life, and over the years, I’ve built a coaching style that combines professional knowledge with genuine care.

I work meticulously with clients from all walks of life - helping them not only understand their bodies and training, but also find enjoyment in the process. Fitness doesn’t have to feel intimidating or punishing. With the right approach, it can be fun, empowering, and deeply rewarding.

My goal is to guide people toward lasting progress—not just in strength and movement, but in confidence, mindset, and overall well-being. This philosophy is what inspired the creation of WhatTheFit4 Gym: a supportive, challenging, and uplifting community where anyone can thrive.

I pride myself in creating a safe space where my clients feel comfortable and confident enough to really give their fitness journey their all. As well as fostering long standing relationships and educating my clients on health and fitness on their journey to their ultimate physique.

When it comes to our physical state, I believe that there is no one perfect shape or form or diet. As humans one of our greatest attributes is our diversity. My belief is that we are largely the things that we eat, the exercise that we do, and the people with whom we share our lives.

I am extremely form driven due to my vast experience with sports injuries and rehabilitation. Strict form was pivotal in assisting me achieve a gold medal at the World Powerlifting Champions.

I don’t believe that my personal choices are right for everybody and my clients’ lifestyles and beliefs differ from mine; but we do share a general belief that we need to obtain a certain level of fitness and physical wellbeing through exercise and healthy eating.

My clients come to me for advice and training in fitness goals, technique, and diet. I believe that the approach to all these disciplines needs to be tailored to the individual and my approach, one size does not fit all!

Whatever the discipline, the process starts with where you are, where you want to be, and why, and sometimes by when. But for most of my clients, whatever the initial intent, it becomes a way of life, marked with goals and milestones achieved

I was born loving the world of fitness and my soul purpose in life is to teach the world what I am so passionate about.

I am well experienced in the health and fitness industry. I specialize in weight loss, building and toning muscle, sports and endurance training, HIIT classes and general health and fitness.

Hey, I’m Dylan, passionate about unlocking both the mind and body’s potential through fitness. I believe training isn’t just about moving weights; it’s about building strength, resilience, and confidence that carries into every part of life.

With a Diploma in Sports Science and Nutrition, I help people fuel their bodies the right way so they can perform at their peak. Because without the right training and the right nutrition, you’ll never reach your best self.

I love the functional side of fitness, training for real life strength and movement but I also specialise in sports-specific training, bodybuilding and strength conditioning. Whether you want to feel fitter, get stronger, or chase down a new personal goal, I’ll help you get there.

Training with me is about working hard, having fun, and pushing past what you thought was possible. Let’s get after it!
